There are many handles to every situation.
One of which surely reinforces our view.
Before we grab the judgement handle why not stand back and just observe the whole situation. Just look and understand without bringing our preconceived notions to the situation.
Once understood, then consider what value we may, or may not, bring to the situation.
Shunning begets shunning until the whole world is on either side of many lines.
Better to do the hard work and find the common ground, to pickup the line, turn it into a rope, and all sides pull together.
Good or bad luck doesn’t matter. The ability to predict the outcome of work done and in doing that work being prepared for the unexpected, does.
Anticipating failure and waiting to measure and learn, and then try again, is how every day begins.

Hold the line.
Find meaning for those that might wander from it. They are not conscripted to the line, they need to be inspired to hold the line. Recognized for it.
