Autonomy and Apathy and Why Your Leadership Sucks

If your people are critical and demand autonomy it means:

  • They haven't bought in to your vision and they want to do their own thing. Which means your leadership sucks.

- or -

  • They have bought in and you're in their way. Which means your leadership sucks.

- and - 

  • They have nothing to say and are apathetic about what you are trying to accomplish... yup, you got it, your leadership sucks.
