Effective Teams

Effective teams know where they are going, when they need be there, what their role in the journey is, and what outcome is expected from that role, collectively, but how they get there individually is up to them. Agreement on the destination and the empowerment to get there cooperatively are mutually dependent to have effective teams. One without the other, fails.
