Push versus Pull

If you push someone, anyone, they will lean into you, rather than move without resistance in the direction of the push, even if falling over. They will always push back in someway. Pushing to go there, do this, or get out of the way, generates resistance no matter what the situation. Saying I would like you go there and how can I help you get there, has no resistance, it’s actually a multiplier, both parties pull together rather than one pushing and the other resisting. There is mutual understanding and buy in to making it happen. Both parties pull together.
