Three Questions

When considering changing or adding to your application ask 3 questions; what problem does it solve, what happens if I don’t do it, and how bad could we mess this up? If you can’t clearly describe the problem to be solved, and if nothing changes if you don’t do it, and you could really mess it up, then don’t do it.
