What makes a great organization?

A Leader; the person who has a vision to achieve or create something unique and valuable. And the ability to convince others to help them do it.

A Manager; the person who can deliver the vision. They can secure, organize and retain people and resources to get things done, over and over, and they keep improving how they do it, forever and ever.

The People; those who are the best at what they do, they are continuous learners, strong of opinion but flexible, respectful and appreciative of their peers - they say please, thank you and sorry when called for, they do what they say, they like to work, and they take pleasure in working with others of the same mind.

Pretty simple, but so difficult.
