Forward, Not Back

A Scrum stand up isn’t about what we did yesterday, unless what happened has a lesson to teach us, or it has an impact on what we will ship next. A standup  is instead about what we will ship today and what it will take to make that happen, and how we will get it done faster by applying the lessons we learned from what we shipped last.
