Scrum the Scrum

The way to increase software development velocity is to retrospect on every mistake and failure and use that opportunity to agree on what the situation is, what caused it, and how to correct it. Use scrum to scrum the scrum, use retrospection to continuously learn. Avoiding the reality of looking deep and honestly at problems propagates more problems.
