The Real Problem

If you have a really tough problem, it’s important but not urgent, and you keep saying I or we will address it soon, you have a bigger problem and that problem is you. Tough problems compound. The longer you delay facing them the bigger they get and the risk of them moving from simmering to an explosion increases with every day of looking the other way. Look for the big problem in everything you do. Soon as you see delay as a tactic for solving important issues call it for what it is, the biggest problem you face that has to be dealt with RIGHT NOW. Delay is not a strategy, it is a self destructive avoidance mechanism. Remove it immediately. Nothing else is more important. There is no bigger problem.
